What do childhood board games, vintage postcards, and human hair have in common? Art. In "Meaning Through Memory," Denise Lindgren transforms found objects into art exploring past, present and future.

About the Artist

Denise is an artist who came to her work through personal exploration and experimentation. Her art practice has unfolded over more than 25 years through exhibiting her work in juried shows and galleries. Known for her assemblages that weave memory, material, and meaning, her work has been recognized with numerous distinctions and is included in private collections across the country. Rooted in a lifelong fascination with found objects and visual storytelling, Denise continues to explore the layered relationship between time, identity, and design.
