The 2026 Schedule of Art Exhibitions is now available!
Teamwork, organization and planning are key factors that contribute to the success of the Visual Art League of Lewisville.
Back in May, VAL Board Members and volunteers were already planning the 2026 theme schedule. The meeting got animated as members rallied for themes that would intrigue, inspire and challenge our members to new levels of creativity. The group also considered what the public will enjoy viewing.

Tips for Success:
- The Call for Art (Prospectus) for each exhibition is available approximately 2 months in advance of the Exhibition Opening Date.
- The Call for Art will be sent by email, posted on the website and on social media.
- Have a question about a specific exhibition? The Call for Art includes the curator’s contact information. Note a different curator is assigned to each exhibition. Direct your questions and artwork submissions accordingly.
- The Call for Art includes the number of pieces accepted, maximum dimensions, hanging requirements, deadlines, theme prompt, etc.
- Please read the entire document carefully to avoid disappointment on intake day.
