Visual Art League of Lewisville Members are encouraged to bring one original piece of artwork to the Monthly Member Meeting + Art Talks. All attendees will have an opportunity to vote for their favorite artwork. 1st and 2nd Place Awards are given during the meetings.
Rules & Procedures: 1st Place winners are asked not to bring artwork to Artists of the Month during the calendar year they won. (A calendar year is January – December.) This will give other VAL members the opportunity to win.
At the end of the year, ALL 1st Place winners will have an opportunity to compete for Artist of the Year. The Artist of the Year will receive a solo exhibition in the North Display Case the following year!
